Maui, Hawaii : The Timeline and Details
Below is the general timeline for all wedding festivities, please arrive promptly and be ready to celebrate! Information below includes the May 14 Optional Day Event, May 15 The Wedding Day, and May 16 Optional Brunch at the Andaz :) The shuttle pick up times for the Wedding Day are also listed below, please read carefully! We are very excited to celebrate with everyone... and see you soon! :)
Saturday, May 14 2022 - Day Event
What: An optional casual hang out, get to know each other event:) This is a BYO (Bring-Your-Own) event, meaning please bring your own snacks, lunch, and drinks. Please note that alcohol is prohibited on every public beach. If you choose to bring an alcoholic beverage, please be very discreet! ;) thank you.
Where: Kamaole Beach Park III (FYI: there are three different parks, it is number 3) We will try to set up on the grassy lawn area just in front of the beach.

When: 11am-1pm. Drop-in and drop-out whenever you would like! Otto and Kara will be there the whole 2 hours.
Dress Code: Casual:) Come as you are, we will be at a beach lawn / beach. If you plan to swim at the beach, please wear a cover up that is appropriate around parents, thank you.
Transportation: There will be no arranged transportation to this event, please drive yourselves:) There is public parking and public restrooms at this beach.
Bring: Please bring your own snacks, lunch, and drinks. Please also bring sunscreen:)
Sunday, May 15 2022 - The Wedding Day
Dress Code: Island Formal, no white, no green:)
Reminder: It will be HOT! Please stay hydrated and dress appropriately, we most probably will be in direct sunlight for the 30 minute ceremony. We have hired lovely photographers to document our day, so please no phones during the ceremony, we would prefer everyone to be in the moment... phones for the rest of the day is fine:)

Please read the details of your designated/chosen pick up location below... please arrive promptly:) Unfortunately our shuttle won't be able to wait for you and will leave if you aren't at your designated pick up location on time ... we have a very tightly packed schedule:) Thank you for understanding!

** Unfortunately we will not be providing shuttle services after the after party back to your accommodations. However, the Andaz concierge is more than happy to arrange a taxi for you at the lobby:)
Monday, May 16 2022 - The Brunch
What: This is a post-wedding brunch at The Andaz Maui Resort and Spa in Wailea:) Great time to say your goodbyes to the happy couple!
Where: The Andaz Maui Resort and Spa, Laule'a Lawn #3 (please ask concierge where Lawn 3 is or refer to the map on the right)

When: 11am-2pm. Best to arrive at 11am:) You can leave whenever you wish, Otto and Kara will be there for the 4 hours.
Dress Code: Smart casual, any colour is fine!
Transportation: There will be no arranged transportation to this event, please drive yourselves:) There is valet parking available at the Andaz.
Bring: Please bring yourselves and your wallet if you wish to order any drinks at this brunch, they are not provided! Thank you:)
